Brand Designer – Marketing Team

We are looking for a Brand Designer to join our Marketing team and help elevate the quality, consistency and speed of our visual output. This role sits at the heart of our brand function and focuses on day‑to‑day design production across digital, print and web. You will work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager who provides creative direction, strategic brand evolution and oversight of major campaigns.

Responsibilities
Design Execution and Production
  • Produce daily design assets for social media channels
  • Create high‑quality marketing collateral including sales decks, brochures, one‑pagers and campaign visuals
  • Design white papers and long‑form content
  • Build email templates and campaign graphics
  • Deliver event materials such as signage, banners and templates
  • Produce creative for paid advertising
  • Work with the data team to turn insights into clear infographics
  • Support larger brand initiatives with high‑volume execution
Website Operations
  • Manage day‑to‑day website updates (imagery, content blocks, landing page assets)
  • Support campaign and product launches across the website
  • Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and creative direction
Localisation and Asset Management
  • Produce localised versions of collateral across multiple languages
  • Support translation workflows for documents and video
  • Maintain organised, up‑to‑date design files, templates and asset libraries across Confluence, Google Drive, Canva and Adobe
  • Promote best practice for Jira and ticketing for design requests
Collaboration and Creative Development
  • Execute creative direction set by the Brand Marketing Manager
  • Bring fresh, on‑brand ideas to campaign visuals, social content and digital assets
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, Sales and external teams
  • Manage your own production timeline and maintain a smooth workflow
  • Support strategic design projects where needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Brand Designer, Marketing Designer or similar in‑house creative role
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and confident with Figma or similar
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography and brand systems
  • Comfortable producing high‑volume assets while maintaining quality
  • Ability to take creative direction and translate it into consistent, polished output
  • Highly organised with good file management and attention to detail
  • Experience working with website content management systems is a bonus
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with stakeholders across the business
  • Additional Skills: Experience in maritime technology would be a plus.
  • Education/Certifications: Degree in marketing or design preferred but not mandatory.
