Job description

TOPSHOP and TOPMAN are iconic British fashion brands with 60 years of heritage. Headquartered in London, the brands have over 2 million customers globally through the ASOS platform and generate approximately £200 million in sales. Our mission is to unlock the best of fashion for everyone, with creativity and innovation at our core.

Following the formation of a joint venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone, cross-functional team dedicated to unlocking the growth potential of the TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands. These brands will benefit from ASOS's infrastructure and resources while maintaining creative freedom and agility as standalone brands.

Over the next 12 months, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will expand their offline and online retail presence, including the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships.

The Role

We are seeking a content marketing expert to plan, manage, and execute innovative brand content across all channels, including Topshop.com, social media, and in-store activations. You will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with ASOS studios and creative services to ensure brand message consistency and create innovative content solutions to maximize customer engagement and loyalty for TOPSHOP/TOPMAN.

The role is based in our London HQ and reports to the Head of Customer & Marketing for Topshop & Topman. You will work alongside a team of customer & marketing professionals to support full-funnel marketing activities and collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and trading teams.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Lead the planning and execution of all brand content initiatives across multiple channels.
  2. Ensure branded content is distinctly recognizable as TOPSHOP/TOPMAN.
  3. Manage budgets to ensure spend aligns with key KPI-driven activities.
  4. Monitor content performance continuously and suggest scalable solutions to exceed metrics.
  5. Identify emerging trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
  6. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and deliver the editorial tone of voice across all channels.
