Job Description
TOPSHOP and TOPMAN are iconic British fashion brands with 60 years of heritage. Headquartered in London, the brands have over 2 million customers globally through the ASOS platform, generating approximately £200m in sales. Our mission is to unlock the best of fashion for everyone with creativity and innovation at our core.
Following the formation of a Joint Venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone cross-functional team dedicated to unlocking the growth potential of TOPSHOP and TOPMAN. These brands will benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while maintaining their creative independence.
In the next 12 months, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will expand their offline and online retail presence, including the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships.
The Role
We are seeking a content marketing expert to plan, manage, and execute innovative brand content across all channels, including Topshop.com, social media, and in-store activations. You will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with ASOS studios and creative services to ensure brand message consistency and develop innovative content solutions to maximize customer engagement and loyalty.
The role is based in our London HQ and reports to the Head of Customer & Marketing for Topshop & Topman. You will collaborate with customer & marketing teams and cross-functionally with design, product, and trading teams.

We’d like to meet proactive, creative, and innovative candidates with experience in developing engaging brand messages across various channels. A strong portfolio of digital content, proficiency in social media management tools and video editing software, and understanding of social media algorithms are essential. Candidates should have a track record of analyzing content performance and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
