Job summary

PVH Corp.'s Tommy Hilfiger brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the London Battersea store. You will lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the store reflects the brand's values and standards.

You will manage daily operations, people development, scheduling, merchandising and stock control, while driving sales and coaching the team to deliver a consistently great customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering a high level of customer service in a brand retailer.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proven people management and team leadership ability in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to meet service and sales targets.
• Maintain best-in-class customer experience and brand standards.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and daily store operations.
• Coordinate stock, merchandising and visual standards on the shop floor and back room.
• Analyse store performance and implement actions to improve results.
• Communicate with the Store Manager and buying team as needed.
• Represent PVH and TOMMY HILFIGER with energy and integrity on the shop floor.
