Qualifications

• Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales and people management.
• Previous people management experience and ability to resolve conflict.
• Effective communicator who can cultivate belonging.
• Courageous in giving feedback and adapting fast to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area Manager to drive sales targets and store standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance.
• Lead and develop store team, manage opening/closing, and floor operations.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and door-to-floor processes are followed.
• Manage daily sales, payroll, expenses, and budget.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Lead weekly management meetings and regional meetings.
• Set goals focused on service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Recruit and onboard store personnel; oversee training and coaching.
