Job summary

Blue Square in the United Kingdom seeks a Training and Content Specialist to deliver high-impact brand engagement and HP product training. You will run face-to-face and virtual sessions, lead train-the-trainer programs, and support digital content creation.

Working with the HP National Training Manager, you will ensure on-time delivery, high standards, and alignment with brand guidelines. You’ll stay current with HP product developments, measure impact with KPIs, and travel to events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitation, ideally in technology, IT, or telecoms.
• Confident presenter with strong facilitation and audience management skills.
• Experience delivering live training sessions and brand engagement events.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with planning and time management abilities.
• Willing to travel and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training and brand engagement events, across HP PC, Print, and Laptop Accessories; lead train-the-trainer sessions; facilitate in-person and virtual sessions.
• Support and deliver training at brand engagement events, launches and activations.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining supporting digital training content.
• Assist with light video capture, review and editing where required.
• Support design and evolution of training programmes to improve capability and confidence.
• Stay up to date with HP product developments and industry trends.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback.
