Blue Square is seeking a Training and Content Specialist in the UK to deliver high-energy, brand-focused training and live activations for HP products. You will run face-to-face and virtual sessions, support brand events, and contribute to digital content while collaborating with the HP National Training Manager to ensure high-quality delivery.

You’ll create engaging programmes, lead trainer sessions, and stay current with HP product developments.

Competenze

• Experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation in technology/IT/telecoms.
• Confident, engaging presenter with strong facilitation and audience management skills.
• Willing to travel and drive in UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Mansioni

• Deliver engaging, high-energy training and brand engagement events (face-to-face and virtual).
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions for internal/partner teams.
• Create and maintain supporting digital training content.
• Assist with light video capture, review and editing.
• Support evolution of training programmes to improve capability.
• Stay up to date with product developments and industry trends.
• Measure training effectiveness via KPIs and feedback.
