Overview

Are you the one? If you’re passionate about the latest technology trends and captivating audiences with dynamic training, we’re looking for an MX Samsung Trainer to lead cutting-edge training events and drive the success of our client’s flagship devices in the market. This role is based nationally across the UK and will require regular travel to events where you can demonstrate your experience and passion for Samsung.

What Youll Be Up To

TRAINING EXCELLENCE: Deliver expert product knowledge during best-in-class training events for retail and contact centre partners; provide vital support for diverse small- and large-scale training events, including business conferences, PR events, and activations
STUDIO COLLABORATION: Engage in live studio sessions to script, storyboard, and record content with the content and project management team
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND INNOVATIVE LEARNING APPROACHES: Stay up-to-date with MX products and promotions; explore trending training methods to deliver tailored learning experiences
COMPLIANCE, BRAND INTEGRITY & PROGRESS MONITORING: Ensure training aligns with brand guidelines, uphold compliance; use feedback to track and enhance training event success and ROI
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Forge and nurture robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated passion and interest in the latest technology
Understanding of retail environments; experience in a contact centre is a bonus
Engaging and enthusiastic; confident presenting to small- and large-scale audiences
Understanding and passion for adult learning styles and techniques
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
Strong relationship-building skills
Full UK driving license
Willing to travel to events throughout the UK
Occasional travel into London
