One of the key strategic platforms to deliver this growth is our International Business, which is tasked to grow existing markets and geographies as well as enter new ones with our portfolio of well-loved brands.

As our Shopper & Brand Activation Manager for North America (USA & Canada), Europe, and the rest of the world, you will support the International Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to drive brand activation, in and close to stores, maximising ROI on budgets and delivering brand growth. You will deliver best-in-class shopper activation strategies and executions with retail and distribution partners, making our brands the most compelling choice, increasing conversion, and driving NPD awareness and trial. Your scope includes all branded shopper-focused activities, working on creative development, shopper media planning, and activity execution aligned with omni-channel approaches.

This role requires forming strong, positive relationships within the marketing team, across the wider business, and with external partners, emphasizing the importance of cross-functional collaboration.

What we need from you?
  • Experience in an international branded FMCG business with shopper or customer marketing, brand activation, and commercial background; North America experience preferred.
  • A self-starter with accountability, commercial mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial international environment, across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including UK, North American, and EUROW commercial teams, external agencies, and customers.
  • Experience working in a virtual matrix environment with strong communication skills.
  • Strong execution and activation capabilities with an enquiring mind.
  • Resilience, agility, and tenacity in ambiguous situations, with a strong ability to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external engagement.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with online and e-commerce channels is desirable.
What you'll be doing?
Flawless Activation
  • Translate brand propositions into shopper marketing activations to meet P&L targets.
  • Manage NPD and brand-led events across all shopper touchpoints, from concept to evaluation.
  • Recommend and manage off fixture displays like pre-filled shippers, FSDUs, and parasite units.
  • Support external suppliers with setup, onboarding, and briefings.
Business partnership
  • Develop understanding of brand priorities and activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with buying and marketing teams to align shopper activations with customer strategies.
  • Seek approval from Senior Shopper Marketing Manager and Market Heads on key projects.
  • Leverage learnings from UK Shopper Marketing teams and adapt successful strategies.
  • Utilize creative assets from the UK as relevant.
Measure of success
  • Deliver plans on time and budget, contributing to overall commercial targets.
  • Establish performance measures and review ROI of activities.
