Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a well-established business seeking an experienced Branch Supervisor to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be at the heart of day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding customer service and leading a small team to meet branch goals.

You will manage stock, assist customers, and help drive sales while ensuring the branch runs smoothly and safely in a busy trade environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Experience in a builder/merchant or trade environment is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with stock/ordering systems and goods-in procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team and provide guidance to staff.
• Greet customers and handle enquiries professionally.
• Build relationships with customers and drive sales.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and retain customers.
• Process orders, returns and stock movements in internal systems.
• Keep stock organized, check deliveries and maintain stock records.
• Ensure the branch presents well and adheres to safety standards.
• Support wider business needs and escalate issues as required.
