Job summary

CCF in Bristol is seeking a Head of Branch Operations to lead every aspect of the branch, delivering high performance and customer focus. You’ll manage 1-10 direct reports and influence 20+ colleagues, driving safety, stock control, fleet compliance and continuous improvement while ensuring targets are met.

The role operates Monday to Friday with no weekends and offers a competitive annual salary, a performance bonus, pension, and colleague discounts across Group businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience managing branches or large teams in a fast-paced retail/building materials environment.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and process improvements.
• Proven ability to drive performance against operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch operations to meet financial and service targets.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager, Sales and Warehouse teams on stock control and audits.
• Oversee fleet and MHE compliance and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Drive best practices and change, while coaching and developing team members.
