LKQ Europe’s Burgess Hill branch is recruiting a Branch Assistant to support deliveries, warehouse tasks and trade counter service. You’ll keep the branch moving, deliver products safely and build strong customer relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

The role offers hands‑on work, daily variety and training to grow within LKQ Europe across the UK and Europe. A full UK driving licence, strong team spirit and a commitment to safety help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Health & safety awareness and training compliance.

Responsibilities

• As a Branch Assistant, supports all branch operations, delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time while serving customers at the trade counter.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent LKQ Europe professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter as needed.
• Help resolve customer queries to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with warehouse operations: pick, pack, stock movements and dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicles are compliant.
