LKQ Europe GmbH is hiring a Branch Assistant to support daily branch operations, deliveries, and the trade counter. You will help maintain high service standards, assist warehouse tasks, and ensure the branch runs smoothly.

You will be part of a close-knit team, delivering products safely, assisting with stock, and using handheld devices. A full UK driving licence and prior delivery/warehouse experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering customer service.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.

Responsabilités

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain excellent stock accuracy through daily stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Support stock takes and ensure products are stored safely and correctly.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before every journey.
• Ensure company vehicles remain clean, roadworthy and compliant with company standards.
• Use delivery technology, including ePOD systems and handheld devices, accurately and effectively.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures within the branch, warehouse and during deliveries.
• Handle stock safely to minimise damage and maintain quality standards.
