Job summary

LKQ’s branch network is hiring a Branch Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will deliver products, support warehouse operations and assist at the trade counter, playing a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth branch performance.

The role involves driving, stock handling, and using handheld devices to process orders. A full UK driving licence, good communication, and a proactive, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• Full UK driving licence and clean record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time to customers.
• Build positive relationships and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter.
• Help resolve customer queries to ensure a positive experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep vehicles compliant.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures in branch and warehouse.
