Job summary

LKQ is hiring a Branch Assistant in the UK to support daily branch operations, deliveries and customer service. You will work across the branch, including the trade counter and warehouse, ensuring timely deliveries and high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have delivery/warehouse experience, a full UK driving licence, strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time while providing excellent service.
• Support warehouse operations and stock accuracy through daily checks.
• Assist trade counter and Click & Collect customers as needed.
• Maintain branch standards and assist in customer service delivery.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles clean.
