LKQ Corporation Nottingham is recruiting a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch, where every day brings a new challenge. In this hands-on role you’ll split time between customer deliveries, warehouse tasks and supporting the trade counter to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll need a full, clean UK driving licence, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.
• Experience within automotive, retail or logistics would be an advantage; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Support branch operations: deliveries, warehouse tasks and trade counter assistance.
• Maintain excellent stock accuracy through daily stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Assist with goods receiving, dispatch activities and stock takes.
• Look after fleet: carry out daily vehicle safety checks; keep vehicles clean and roadworthy.
• Use delivery technology, including ePOD systems and handheld devices, accurately.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and contribute to governance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve branch performance.
