Responsibilities

• As a Branch Assistant, support branch operations and service delivery.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business.
• Support Click & Collect and assist at the trade counter as needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Assist with warehouse tasks: picking, packing, stock movements and dispatch.
• Carry out safety checks and drive vehicles according to standards.
