Job summary

LKQ is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our UK branch, combining delivery duties, warehouse tasks and branch support to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be delivering products, supporting stock management and helping customers at the trade counter, all within a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have delivery/warehouse experience, a clean UK licence and strong customer service skills, with a flexible, team-focused approach. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support experience.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Basic IT skills and confidence with handheld devices.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-focused approach.
• Experience in automotive, retail or logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Support Click & Collect and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily stock checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles compliant.
• Use delivery technology, including ePOD systems and handheld devices, accurately.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures within the branch, warehouse and during deliveries.
• Attend daily team briefings and contribute to improving branch performance.
