Job summary

LKQ is hiring a Branch Assistant to join our busy Scottish branch. The role blends customer service, delivery duties and warehouse support to keep the branch running smoothly. You’ll deliver products, assist at the trade counter and help maintain stock accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving licence, be customer-focused and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to develop multi-skilled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support is preferred.
• A valid full UK driving licence is essential.
• Good communication and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time to customers.
• Support warehouse operations and stock movements.
• Assist at the trade counter and with Click & Collect as needed.
• Maintain stock accuracy through checks and inventory procedures.
• Use ePOD handheld devices to capture deliveries and proofs of delivery.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep company vehicles clean and compliant.
