Job summary

LKQ Euro Car Parts is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch in the UK. The role blends customer deliveries, warehouse operations and branch support to provide an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.

You will be part of a team that delivers a safety-first culture, supports fleet activities, and drives high service levels across counter and deliveries. A full UK driving licence is essential, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• Flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.
• Experience in automotive, retail or logistics sectors is advantageous; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a safety first culture with the customer at heart of everything.
• Work to deliver balanced performance across key metrics and KPI measures.
• Ensure the branch is operationally efficient with controls to support a customer-first experience.
• Work as a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.
• Ensure colleagues are focused to deliver a safety-first culture at all times.
• Improve returns, credits and warranty processes to enhance customer experience.
• Support the retail counter to maintain best-in-class branch standards for customer experience.
• Deliver a customer-first service through management of pick-to-manifest times and SLAs.
• Support the branch with deliveries when required to enable growth and exceptional service levels.
• Ensure best-in-class service at all times to cement customer excellence.
