Job summary

LKQ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch, where no two days are the same. The role combines customer deliveries, warehouse operations and branch support to keep the branch running smoothly.

You will deliver products on time, support stock control, help customers at the trade counter and assist Click & Collect. A full, clean UK driving licence and a customer‑focused attitude are essential. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support experience.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on time and accurately.
• Support warehouse operations and stock movements.
• Assist at the trade counter and with Click & Collect.
• Maintain vehicle safety checks and drive safely at all times.
• Use handheld devices and ePOD systems to record deliveries.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and governance requirements.
