Job summary

LKQ Europe GmbH is seeking a Branch Assistant to support daily branch operations, deliveries, and warehouse tasks. The role combines hands-on delivery duties with customer service at the trade counter and stock handling to ensure a smooth branch operation.

The ideal candidate will hold a full, clean UK driving licence, demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to Health & Safety practices.

Qualifications

Full, clean UK driving licence.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter.
Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders efficiently.
Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
Maintain excellent stock accuracy through daily checks.
Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy and compliant.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and support audits.
