Job summary

LKQ in the UK is seeking a Branch Assistant to help keep the branch moving by delivering excellent customer service and supporting both deliveries and warehouse operations.

You'll be on the move across the branch, assisting customers at the trade counter, handling stock, and contributing to safe, efficient branch performance. No two days are the same, with training provided and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
