Shipways, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a Branch Manager in Rugby to lead our Great Barr residential sales team. You’ll coach, motivate and develop a high-performing group, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences while actively valuing and listing properties.

Your Role:

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Great Barr residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
