Job summary

Connells Group in Battersea is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Barnard Marcus residential sales team. You will drive growth, inspire high performance, and deliver outstanding customer service from instruction through to completion.

You will coach and develop colleagues, win new business through valuations and listings, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while building strong relationships with customers and the local community. A full UK driving licence is required.
