Connells Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Fox & Sons residential sales team in Worthing/ West Worthing. You will drive growth, coach a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service from instruction to completion.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in estate agency, a track record of increasing market share, and a proactive, customer-focused approach with a full UK driving licence.
