Job summary

Connells Group in Abingdon is seeking an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager to lead the local residential sales team and branch. You will coach, mentor and drive performance, delivering strong customer service and achieving branch targets.

You will also oversee valuations, win new instructions, list properties and develop long-term relationships with clients, supported by a structured career path within the UK’s leading property services group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estate Agency Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Estate Agent.
• Previous leadership or management experience within residential estate agency.
• Strong people leader with a passion for coaching, developing and motivating a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding property sales and branch targets.
• Experience in property valuations, listings, winning instructions and generating new business.
• Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven.
• Full UK driving licence.

Your Role:

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Abingdon residential sales team and estate agency branch. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, driving residential property sales, achieving branch targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in property valuations, winning new instructions, listing properties and generating new business, while building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands‑on estate agency management role with clear career pathways and long‑term opportunities.
