Shipways, part of Connells Group, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Redditch to lead the residential sales team. You will coach, motivate, and develop staff, drive performance, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will be involved in valuing and listing properties, building local relationships, and delivering a clear career pathway with long-term opportunities. A strong leadership background in estate agency and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Your Role:

As Assistant Branch Manager, you will have responsibility for the performance and growth of our Redditch residential sales team. You will help lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands‑on leadership role with clear career pathways and long‑term opportunities.
