Artemis Clarke Ltd is partnering with a long-standing family-run hearing and eye care company to recruit a Branch Manager in Salford. You will lead a team, ensure exceptional patient care and drive branch growth in a customer-focused environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, staff development, and community engagement, with the aim of delivering high standards in hearing and optical services across a growing network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team, preferably in optics, audiology or healthcare.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to coaching and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage branch operations, meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Oversee staff training, coaching and performance management
• Ensure customers receive expert advice and high quality care
• Oversee stock management, compliance and day-to-day branch efficiency
• Collaborate with Optometrists and Hearing Aid Audiologists to maintain clinical excellence
• Engage with local community to promote the branch and strengthen relationships
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
