Artemis Clarke Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager for the Chipping Norton area to lead a patient-centric team in delivering expert eye and hearing care. You will drive service excellence, manage performance, and grow the branch while maintaining high professional standards.

The role requires proven retail management experience, preferably in optics or healthcare, with strong leadership, communication, and a customer-first mindset. A proactive, hands-on approach and basic IT/POS skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Determine the extent and nature of hearing loss using diagnostic tests and equipment.
• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids and assistive devices.
• Provide counselling and education on correct use and care of devices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust devices as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Stay updated on advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.
