The Recruitment Experts in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing estate agency branch. You will drive performance, oversee day-to-day operations, and mentor an experienced sales team to win new instructions.

The role offers a £38,600 base salary with uncapped OTE, a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends), and clear long-term career prospects within a respected independent agency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Branch Manager, Valuer or Senior Sales Manager within estate agency.
• Strong track record of winning instructions and driving sales performance.
• Experience managing, mentoring and developing a successful team.
• Commercially minded with excellent leadership skills.
• Professional, confident and highly organized.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Leading, motivating and developing an experienced sales team
• Conducting regular training and coaching to maximize performance
• Generating valuations and winning new instructions
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of both offices
• Driving sales performance and achieving branch targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
