Job summary

Courtney Smith is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a busy plumbing & heating merchant in Rosyth, with a team of five and annual turnover around £3,000,000. You will drive sales, manage operations, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will lead the branch, optimize stock, and monitor KPIs while maintaining high standards of health & safety and branch procedures. The role focuses on strong customer relationships and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a plumbing & heating merchant or builders merchant.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the branch delivers excellent customer service, strong sales performance, and efficient operations.

You will directly manage a team of 5 and an annual turnover for approximately £3,000,0000. The branch has an excellent trade counter presence with lots of collections.
