Job summary

Wolseley Group in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team and drive sales performance. This full-time role (40 hours per week) focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and managing branch operations in line with policies.

You will build relationships with customers and stakeholders, promote health and wellbeing initiatives, and drive business growth within the plumbing and heating sectors.

• A solid background in the trade, plumbing & heating or distribution sectors.
• A strong track record in sales & operational excellence.
