Job summary

Wolseley is seeking a Branch Manager for the Haverfordwest Plumb Centre to lead the local team and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. This full-time, permanent role is based in Haverfordwest and covers day-to-day branch operations.

You will be responsible for performance management, safety standards, and building strong internal and external relationships to ensure business success in a fast-paced trade environment.

• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Solid background in the trade, plumbing & heating or distribution sectors.
• Strong track record in sales & operational excellence.

As a Branch Manager based in our Haverfordwest branch you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, inspiring and developing the branch team

• Driving sales performance and new business growth

• Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and effective people management

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.
