• Previous experience within a residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, Valuer or Branch Manager level.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
• Natural leadership ability with experience motivating and developing others.
• Commercially focused with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
