Job summary

Stannah is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our London Infrastructure Service Branch in Orpington, overseeing lift and escalator maintenance, repair and 24/7 callout services.

You will drive safety culture, customer service excellence and financial performance, building strong relationships with clients while motivating a professional team to deliver reliable operations across London's infrastructure network.

At Stannah, we're trusted to keep people and goods moving safely every day. We're looking for an experienced, commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our London Infrastructure Service Branch in Orpington.

You must have experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important operation that delivers maintenance, repair and 24-hour callout services for lifts, escalators, moving walkways and lifting equipment across London's infrastructure network.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch, leading a team of dedicated professionals while ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service and operational performance. You will drive sustainable business growth, develop strong customer relationships and create an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.15 and Friday 8am - 3.45pm(These hours may change dependant on the business needs)

• Lead the branch to deliver safe, high-quality service and maintenance for lifts, escalators and lifting equipment.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always met and promoted across all branch activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent levels of customer service.
• Manage branch performance, resources and budgets to achieve business plan and profitability targets.
• Develop, support and motivate colleagues to create a high-performing and engaged team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.
• Proven leadership experience, including leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
