Job summary

Stannah Group in the UK is seeking a Field Service Manager based at our Warrington Service Branch with travel across the North West. You will lead the delivery of the Branch Business Plan, oversee PPM performance, defect management, call-out responsiveness, and first-time fix rates while protecting margin contribution.

• Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable.

As Field Service Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of the Branch Business Plan—overseeing PPM performance, LOLER defect management, call‑out responsiveness, first‑time fix rates and overall margin contribution. You’ll champion our company values and ensure our service delivery consistently reflects our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

You’ll manage and support our Field workforce and subcontractors, with Health and Safety, people development, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk management at the core of your approach. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with colleagues across all levels of the organisation and convey complex technical information clearly and confidently.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer ready to step into a management role or an experienced manger to inspire a team to deliver exceptional service aligned with our values and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be based at our Warrington Service Branch, with travel across the North West expected, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Working hours

Monday-Thursday 08.00-16.45 and Friday 08.00-15:45
