Job summary

Stannah is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the London Infrastructure Service Branch in Orpington. You will oversee maintenance, repair and 24-hour callout services for lifts, escalators and lifting equipment, driving safety and customer satisfaction.

You will manage a high-performing team, build strong client relationships and ensure profitability, budget discipline and operational excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience leading managers and teams.
• Experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Focus on safety, customer service and performance targets.

Responsibilities
