Job summary

Stannah is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the London Infrastructure Service Branch in Orpington. You will oversee maintenance, repair and 24-hour callout services for lifts, escalators and lifting equipment, driving safety and customer satisfaction.

You will manage a high-performing team, build strong client relationships and ensure profitability, budget discipline and operational excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience leading managers and teams.
• Experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Focus on safety, customer service and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch to deliver safe, high-quality service and maintenance for lifts, escalators and lifting equipment.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are met and promoted across all branch activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent levels of service.
• Manage branch performance, resources and budgets to achieve business plan and profitability targets.
• Develop, support and motivate colleagues to create a high-performing team.
• Direct experience overseeing lift/escalator service operations and leading managers.
