Job summary

CCH Group is recruiting a Branch Manager – Registered Care Manager to lead day-to-day operations of domiciliary care services in Grimsby. You will build and manage a compliant, high-performing team delivering personal care to service users, ensuring staffing levels meet demand and standards are consistently met.

Branch Manager – Registered Care Manager

Location: North East Lincolnshire – Unit 1, Ground Floor, Acorn Business Park, Moss Road, Grimsby, DN32 0LW.

Contract: Delivering over 2,000 hours of weekly care through Comfort Call, providing in‑home support and dedicated services within the Burchester Court extra care scheme.

Salary: £38,556 per annum.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

The role of the Registered Manager is to manage day‑to‑day activity and grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users. You will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed, correctly controlled, and documented.

Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance of quality internally and with regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications
