Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Bromley MS Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be the face and voice of Santander, assisting customers, handling transactions, and guiding them through services and technology.

You will build relationships, solve issues, and stay adaptable in a fast-moving retail banking environment, with a strong emphasis on excellent service and risk awareness.

• Proof of delivering outstanding customer service in face-to-face or telephony roles.
• Strong communication to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for branch or phone customers.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find effective solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to assist customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
