Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Sittingbourne branch. The role is 35 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, and resolve queries to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or telephony environments
• Clear, effective communication to understand customer needs

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to assist customers
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience
