Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Bromley MS Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and protecting customers from fraud.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face-to-face or telephony roles.
• Clear communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers; flexible, multi-skilled.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
