Job summary

Santander UK is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor at Southport Branch, working 24.5 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, assisting with technology in-branch, and supporting fraud awareness.{p}You will join a close-knit team with plenty of support and opportunities to grow, with a starting salary of £25,000 pro rata plus a £500 benefits allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face-to-face or telephony settings.
• Effective communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to undertake a broad range of in-branch activities.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
