Job summary

HSBC is hiring a Universal Banker in Cambridge to provide outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and promote financial inclusion. You’ll identify vulnerable customers and tailor support while delivering a friendly, efficient experience.

You’ll train in-branch and gain exposure to HSBC’s digital tools, with a 35-hour workweek, Monday–Friday and a Saturday shift where possible. Compensation includes a starting salary and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to engage customers and build connections.
• Ability to take ownership of inquiries and resolve them with a personalised service.
