Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative in Bury to support customers in person, over the phone, and online. This part-time role (21 hours across Mon, Thu, Fri and Sat) offers a local branch presence and opportunities to guide customers through everyday banking and digital tools.

You’ll work within a high-street branch, delivering warm, knowledgeable service while handling transactions and queries with care and fairness. Training and progression are provided in a supportive environment.
