Job summary

Cera Care in King's Lynn is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead and develop the branch, working with local authorities to deliver high-quality care.

You will deputise for the Registered Manager, drive service delivery within regulations, and manage a team of coordinators and care staff, while focusing on growth and using technology-enabled care.

The role offers a permanent full-time contract with 37.5 hours and a salary of £32,000 per annum, with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a regulated care environment.
• Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act.
• Ability to lead a team and oversee budgets.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Service Users who have complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Registered Manager and support day-to-day operations.
• Ensure services comply with legislation, policies and safeguarding.
• Attend partnership meetings and liaise with local authorities and third parties.
• Achieve KPIs set by local councils and Cera Care.
• Support HR investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain stock levels of uniforms, PPE and stationery.
• Provide reports to management and attend branch review meetings.
