Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager in Ramsgate to lead a high-performing branch, ensuring compliant, person-centred care delivered by a dedicated team. The role focuses on developing people, processes and strong links with local authorities to secure new contracts and high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee service packages, maintain regulatory standards, and manage budgets while promoting a carer-first culture and technology-enabled care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated care environment required.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations 2014 desirable.
• Experience leading a team and managing budgets.
• Experience in domiciliary care settings.
• Ability to work with service users with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Adopt a carer-first approach and improve care delivery.
• Oversee personalised, outcome-focused support packages with carers and authorities.
• Review and amend service packages with branch staff and central teams.
• Monitor and drive quality objectives and improvement actions.
• Audit records to meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure policy compliance and enforcement as needed.
• Maintain operations within budgeting and set parameters.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to monitor weekly expenditure.
• Build relationships with Local Authorities to secure new contracts and packages.
• Participate in Skills for Care Managers Network for industry profile.
