Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a passionate branch leader to drive growth and development of our local service area. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure compliant operations, and collaborate with Local Authorities to secure new contracts and care packages.

You will oversee budget management, implement person-centred care, and continuously improve service delivery while maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager in domiciliary care.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
• Strong leadership with budget and people management.
• Proven ability to build teams and partnerships with local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the branch to meet service outcomes and quality objectives.
• Oversee development of person-centred care packages in collaboration with staff and authorities.
• Audit records to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Manage branch budget and monitor weekly expenditure with finance/ops.
• Forge relationships with Local Authorities and business development teams to secure contracts.
• Participate in Skills for Care Managers Network and drive continuous improvement.
