Job summary

You will take responsibility for P&L, recruit and develop staff, and manage commercial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the business-to-business services market.
• Experience taking personal responsibility for a P&L.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Industrial/Engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit targets across the branch.
• Lead and develop the branch team including recruitment and training.
• Demonstrate leadership in a process-centric transactional business.
• Plan and implement new business to meet demanding customer requirements.
• Manage profit and cost centre performance and accountability.
• Develop commercial sales initiatives to grow the business.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and service excellence.
• Drive profitable growth with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of profit engineering contracts and services.
• Collaborate with other functions to support the matrix organisation.
